STUDENT RECORDS

Student records are confidential and are maintained and released in accordance with applicable law, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, Public Law 93-380, as amended (commonly referred to as the Buckley Amendment). To comply with this law, IRUS must have written permission from the student in order to release any information from a student's education record.

 

 

TRANSCRIPT AND

ENROLLMENT VERIFICATION REQUESTS

Transcripts, Enrollment verifications, and Certificate of Graduation orders may not be faxed or sent electronically but be ordered by mail and in person; these are not secure transmission methods and cannot safeguard personal data. In accordance with IRUS policy as well as with state and federal privacy laws, your signature is required for release of your academic transcript.

Transcripts cost $20 per copy, payable by cash or check made out to IRUS.
